This engagement is well-suited for professionals from top-tier US law firms with a proven background in complex deal structuring, corporate law, and private equity transactions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as interactions, deliverables, and collaboration will occur in a fully remote setting. Scope of Work

Contribute subject-matter expertise to evaluate and generate high-quality M&A legal content for AI system training.

Review and analyze real-world M&A scenarios, contracts, and litigation cases to identify key legal principles and risk factors.

Conduct comprehensive legal research spanning corporate law, M&A, and private equity matters.

Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to provide nuanced legal perspectives and feedback.
