micro1 is engaging Medical Experts to contribute their knowledge and experience to a customer’s AI training project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work

- Provide original, expert-authored medical documents you have personally produced (e.g., PDFs or Word documents) for use in AI training.

- Submit materials that demonstrate depth and authenticity in medical writing, including but not limited to case reports, clinical documentation, research manuscripts, and internal training guides.

- Ensure documents are rich in multimodal content, featuring a blend of text, tables, charts, diagrams, figures, or other illustrative elements.

- Apply professional judgment to maintain confidentiality and rigorously de-identify any sensitive or personal information within submitted materials.

- Curate a range of document lengths, ideally between 10 and 100 pages per file, to support diverse training scenarios.

- Communicate thoughtfully and clearly, providing written context or clarification if needed regarding the materials shared.

- Collaborate remotely with the micro1 platform as a valued contributor to this innovative project.

Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced training or credentials in medicine, healthcare, clinical research, or a closely related discipline (MD, DO, PhD, RN, etc.).

- Extensive experience in creating, authoring, or compiling high-quality medical documentation and technical reports.

- Strong understanding of patient confidentiality, ethical documentation practices, and data de-identification.

- Proven ability to convey complex medical information clearly through both written and verbal communication.

- Demonstrated experience with multimodal documentation, integrating figures, visuals, and structured data.

- Comfort with submitting a variety of original documents from your own professional portfolio, in PDF or Word format.

- Experience as a medical practitioner, researcher, academic, or clinical documentation specialist considered a plus.
