Mechanical Draftsperson

Mechanical Draftsperson – CS Gas CS Gas is seeking an experienced Mechanical Draftsperson to support the development of fabrication and manufacturing drawing packages. Key responsibilities include: Producing fabrication drawings and general arrangements from 3D models Preparing P&IDs, process flow diagrams, equipment layouts and piping drawings Developing schematics, assemblies and Bills of Materials Converting sketches and mark-ups into accurate digital drawings Managing revisions, as-built updates and project drawing registers About you: At least five years’ recent experience using Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD and Navisworks Strong knowledge of fabrication drawings, tolerancing, BOMs and manufacturing processes Relevant mechanical design, engineering drafting or equivalent qualification Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to feedback and design direction Familiarity with applicable Australian and international engineering standards Shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide a concise portfolio demonstrating relevant work completed using Autodesk Inventor.
