Marketing Tech Associate - Fully Remote !
The Staff Pad is looking to hire a detail-oriented,tech-savvy Marketing Tech Associate who enjoys learning new software, solvingproblems, and turning ideas into execution.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone whowants to build a career in marketing operations by gaining hands-on experiencewith AI tools, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, websites, digitalcontent, and marketing technology. You'll work across a variety of projectswhile learning new platforms and helping ensure every marketing initiative isaccurate, organized, and executed at a high standard.

What You'll Do
- Build, test, and schedule emailmarketing campaigns
- Update and maintain website content,landing pages, CRM records, ATS records, and digital assets
- Perform quality assurance by testinglinks, formatting, mobile responsiveness, personalization, and campaignaccuracy before launch
- Assist with CRM data management,segmentation, reporting, and list maintenance
- Support marketing automation projectsusing platforms such as Zapier and AI-powered workflows
- Organize digital assets, documentation,and marketing resources
- Research, evaluate, and implement newsoftware and AI tools to improve marketing operations
- Assist with campaign reporting,dashboards, analytics, and process documentation
- Help improve workflows and identifyopportunities to automate repetitive tasks
- Review marketing assets, presentations,videos, landing pages, and advertisements for accuracy, branding, formatting,and quality
- Proofread emails, newsletters, websitecontent, and job advertisements before publication
- Create presentations, documents,graphics, and marketing collateral using Canva and AI-powered tools

Technologies You'll Work With
Experience with these tools is helpful but NOTrequired. We're looking for someone excited to learn.

- Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Zoho Campaigns)
- Website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar); Canva
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity)
- Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
- Project management software
- Marketing automation platforms
- Basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel)
