SUMMARY: At Worldwide Clinical Trials, we pair scientific rigor with personal attention. The Marketing Summer Intern will support the Global Marketing team, with a focus on Demand Operations, marketing data organization, and process optimization. This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing operations, campaign execution support, and content organization, while working cross-functionally with digital marketing, business development, and analytics teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: Tasks may include but are not limited to: Support Demand Operations initiatives, including campaign setup, tracking, and performance reporting. Assist in maintaining and improving marketing data integrity within CRM and marketing automation platforms. Support digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media execution, and website updates. Assist in archiving, organizing, and maintaining the Marketing department SharePoint. Audit legacy marketing materials and ensure proper categorization and tagging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing marketing initiatives. Provide general administrative and project coordination support. Perform other duties as assigned. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of marketing principles or demand generation. Analytical mindset with interest in data and performance metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills. REQUIREMENTS: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Strong academic record and interest in marketing or healthcare. Availability to work full-time during the summer internship period. Prior internship or coursework in marketing or business is a plus.
