We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who is creative, organized, proactive, and highly responsible. And also this role will work directly with the CEO and support marketing, research, communication, day-to-day business projects and and follow-up tasks.Excellent spoken and written English is required. #Key Responsibilities * Manage Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, and other social media. * Create and publish content and write engaging captions. * Manage online communities and respond to customers. * Generate leads and support business growth. * Research competitors, customers, and market opportunities. * Support marketing campaigns and track results. * Complete tasks assigned by the CEO accurately and on time. * Draft and proofread email s and business communications. * Coordinate with team members, suppliers, and business partners. * Follow up on projects and deadlines. * Identify problems and suggest solutions. * Assist with other business projects as needed. #Requirements * Excellent spoken and written English * Experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or business support. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented. * Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently. * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. * Comfortable working directly with the CEO and manager teams Previous Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or U.S.-based work experience is a plus. #Tools Experience with Canva, Facebook , Instagram, TikTok/ Social Media tools, Google Workspace, HubSpot/CRM, Slack, Notion, ChatGPT/AI tools, CapCut/video editing tools and Photo and image editing tools is preferred. You don't need to know every tool.
