This role owns recruiting campaigns from lead generation and campaign build through launch, reporting, and optimization. You'll play a direct role in growing one of North America's largest RV camping networks by connecting thousands of small businesses with a highly engaged community of RV travelers.

Reporting to the Associate Manager of Host Lifecycle, you'll combine hands-on HubSpot execution with audience strategy, data management, content development, and funnel reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, balancing creativity with operational precision, communicating clearly, and taking ownership of their work.
Responsibilities:

- Recruiting Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel Host recruiting campaigns across email, landing pages, direct mail, webinars, events, paid media, and emerging channels.

- Content and Sales Support: Create polished emails, landing pages, case studies, testimonials, toolkits, sales enablement, event communications, and follow-up assets. Support paid acquisition with lead-quality insights, geographic priorities, and creative recommendations.

- Lead Generation and Database Quality: Research priority industries and markets; source, enrich, validate, deduplicate, and segment prospect data using approved tools and processes. Maintain verification, suppression, and list-hygiene standards; and document audience sources and outcomes.

- HubSpot Execution: Build and manage recruiting emails, landing pages, forms, segments, workflows, sequences, properties, lead scoring, routing, personalization, and campaign reporting. Perform thorough quality control before every launch.

- Project Ownership and Alignment: Coordinate with Account Executives and internal teams on campaign priorities, lead thresholds, routing, follow-up, feedback loops, approvals, and launch readiness. Maintain accurate project plans, communicate status clearly, and escalate risks or support needs early.
