As we continue to scale across multiple channels - from Shopify and Amazon to retail and wholesale - strong operations become increasingly important. We’re looking for a Marketing & Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will split your time between driving our Amazon channel expansion and keeping the supply chain humming through weekly inventory checks and fulfilment routines. _________________________________________________ Role Overview First 3–6 Months Focus - 75% Marketing Support: Drive execution across Amazon listing management, launch prep, basic PPC, and marketing systems. - 25% Operations Support: Assist with inventory monitoring, routine warehouse tasks, and stock health tracking. Long-Term Focus (6th Month onwards) -50% Marketing / 50% Operations: Shift into a balanced role managing ongoing marketing projects, collaborator inquiries, and routine supply chain support. Amazon Management & Support - Set up and optimize Amazon listings, including product titles, bullet points, backend keywords, image uploads, and A+ Content. - Handle end-to-end FBA routines, creation of shipping plans, inventory tracking, and catalog troubleshooting inside Seller Central. - Assist with Amazon PPC campaigns by monitoring keyword performance, ad metrics, and routine ad maintenance. Marketing Operations & Assistant Support - Serve as the system keeper—ensuring team processes are actively used and marketing deliverables are followed through on time. - Manage inbound collaboration inquiries, handle creator communications, and execute basic website updates.
