We specialize in residential and commercial roofing, storm/hail damage, roof inspections, repairs, insurance restoration, and exterior construction. We are looking for a talented, dependable and motivated Virtual Assistant who can help us grow our marketing presence and generate new business. This is NOT just a social media posting position. We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our company and help us generate actual leads, appointments and relationships. Primary Responsibilities Lead Generation & Realtor Outreach Research Realtors, real estate offices, property managers, HOAs and other potential referral partners. Build targeted prospect lists in Colorado communities recently affected by hailstorms. Find names, business phone numbers, email addresses and other relevant contact information. Make outbound B2B phone calls to Realtors and property-management companies. Introduce Glacier Exteriors and our free roof inspection and pre-listing roof evaluation programs. Follow provided scripts while still sounding natural and conversational. Send follow-up email s to interested prospects. Schedule calls, inspections or meetings for the owner. Maintain organized records of every contact and follow-up. Consistently follow up with prospects instead of giving up after one attempt. Social Media & Marketing Manage and grow our Facebook , Instagram and LinkedIn presence. Assist with Google Business Profile content. Create professional posts using photos and videos from our roofing projects. Create before-and-after posts. Create educational roofing and storm-damage content. Create hailstorm and severe-weather marketing content. Create graphics and marketing materials in Canva. Help create short-form videos/Reels. Repurpose existing photos, videos and content across multiple platforms. Help identify local Facebook groups and other appropriate opportunities to increase Glacier's visibility. Assist with review-generation campaigns. Hail & Storm Marketing Colorado frequently experiences significant hailstorms. When a storm occurs, we want to move FAST. You may be asked to: Research affected cities, neighborhoods and ZIP codes. Identify Realtors and property managers in the affected area. Build targeted contact lists. Create storm-related social media content. Begin Realtor/property-manager outreach. Help organize leads and follow-up campaigns. Who We're Looking For We want someone who is: Highly dependable Organized Self-motivated Comfortable making outbound phone calls Friendly and confident on the phone Excellent at speaking and writing English Comfortable communicating with American business owners and professionals Experienced with social media Experienced with Canva Comfortable learning new software Detail-oriented Able to follow instructions but also think independently Interested in a LONG-TERM position Experience working with a U.S. roofing, construction, real estate, solar, insurance or home-services company is a major plus. Cold-calling or appointment-setting experience is also a major plus.
