Requirements
What we are looking out for:

- 3–4 years of proven experience managing diverse marketing functions (campaigns, content, performance, and branding).

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and balance short-term priorities with long-term goals.

- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for digital products or services.

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar.

- Ability to develop brand messaging and ensure consistency across all channels and campaigns.

- Skilled in creating campaign briefs and coordinating with designers, content creators, and external vendors.

- Knowledge of customer segmentation, buyer journey mapping, and lead nurturing strategies.

- Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment, taking ownership and driving initiatives.

- A collaborative mindset with strong organizational and planning skills.

What a typical day would be like:

- Coordinate and support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.

- Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize for performance and ROI.

- Create and manage content for email marketing, blog posts, and social media.

- Monitor website and campaign analytics to inform ongoing strategy.

- Assist in SEO tasks including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.

- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams to support business growth.

- Manage marketing tools, calendars, and reports to ensure timely execution.
