The Role
We're looking for a sharp, ambitious marketing leader to own everything from the big strategy to the granular execution — and genuinely love doing both. For the Marketing Director role, you will be working directly with the CEO and collaborating with a cross-functional team.

What You'll Do
- Own and execute end-to-end marketing strategy, including brand, demand generation, content, SEO, paid marketing, and product marketing.

- Lead and manage a team across development, design, and data functions.

- Drive growth initiatives and monitor key metrics including MQLs, sign-ups, conversions, CAC, and LTV.

- Develop and refine the company's product narrative and marketing messaging.

- Collaborate with the Shopify team on joint campaigns, audience initiatives, and cross-channel marketing efforts.

- Work directly with the CEO to support marketing priorities and business growth.

Team Structure
The Marketing Director will work closely with:
- WordPress Developer

- Frontend Developer

- UI/UX Designer & Product Lead

- Web Scraper

- AI Automation Manager

Who You Are
- Previous experience in a SaaS or MarTech environment.

- Ability to move from strategy and planning to execution and campaign delivery.

- Experience managing technical team members.

- Interest in or familiarity with the creator and influencer marketing industry.

- Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership while collaborating closely with development teams.

- Shopify and e-commerce experience is a strong advantage.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in a SaaS, MarTech, or high-growth technology environment .

- Ability to seamlessly translate strategy into execution , turning ideas into impactful campaigns and measurable results.

- Comfortable leading and collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.

- Interest in and understanding of the creator and influencer marketing industry.

- Demonstrate strong communication skills when engaging with executive leadership and technical stakeholders .

- Experience with Shopify and e-commerce ecosystems is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
