Marketing Coordinator

J P Systems provides professional services for large Federal Healthcare IT projects. Be part of a team influencing the future of global clinical data management by helping us to analyze and improve workflows across the Federal Government.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:

- Assist J P Systems with day-to-day Federal market research, marketing planning, email campaigns, and social media post drafts.

- Responsible for supporting the Federal marketing meetings, Federal pipeline, drafting quarterly company newsletter, and making recommendations for improvements to communications.

- Maintain all company mailing lists for employee newsletter, prospective employees, and business partners in GoDaddy and LACRM.

- Administrative support for the Administrative Dept and the Marketing Dept.

- Production of media documents for the Administrative and the Marketing Departments including creation, editing & management of videos, presentations, and Word documents

- Lead social media program across all platforms. Identify trends and make recommendations for campaigns and themes on social media platforms (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, and X). Write drafts of social posts per corporate, client and legal requirements.

- Suggest improvements to marketing operational efficiency to increase social engagement and followers.

- Responsible for maintaining proposal library, creation and set up of files and folders for new proposals, copying documents for proposals into the correct place, and writing proposal text as assigned.

- Lead workflows for marketing literature updates, interface with graphics vendors, and branding efforts.

- Daily opportunity marketing research on GovWin and other Federal related procurement portals

- Prepare weekly Business Development and Federal marketing meeting agendas.

- Support social media operations; write drafts of social posts per corporate, client and legal requirements.

- Suggest improvements to marketing operational efficiency to increase social engagement and followers.

- Work to improve website SEO and domain authority for corporate websites.

- Maintain company contacts and prospects in LACRM and GoDaddy.

- Send out email campaigns and report on results.

- Maintain supplier portals with JPSys data updates for large primes and prospective clients.

- Support certification work for social statuses such as WOSB and WBE.

- Support proposal writing, editing and reviewing efforts.

- Support and maintain relationships with JPSys partners.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to perform marketing research for Federal opportunities in various portals.
• Federal Proposal Writing skills and experience - (may require occasional work nights and weekends)
• Leadership skills to be able to support proposal teams with internal resources and our external partners.
• Creativity, operational efficiency and the ability to execute under short timelines with visible and cohesive results.
• Strong marketing experience, with an ability to evaluate, recommend and rapidly implement digital solutions which allow marketing operations to be faster, integrated and low cost.
• Google Analytics experience - ability to spot trends and make recommendations are a plus.
• Must have a high-speed internet connection in a private location.
• Must be collaborative, inclusive, focused, with the ability to shift as necessary to address new items.
• Organized, patient, efficient in communications and with setting expectations
• Self-motivated, optimistic and have a positive attitude.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to back up your recommendations with solid research and comprehension of multiple interrelated systems.
• Understanding of a Federal "buyers" mindset and new or evolving platforms to reach our target
