JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage the technical execution, infrastructure, and data management that power scalable, data-driven marketing campaigns. This role combines campaign implementation, marketing automation platform management, and CRM data governance to ensure accurate targeting, reliable reporting, and measurable funnel impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Execution & Automation
- Set up and manage campaigns, emails, re-sends, landing pages, redirects, and completion actions in Pardot, Braze, and Salesforce.
- Configure Pardot Engagement Studio workflows, Salesforce Engagement cadences, and Braze canvases for lead nurturing and client communications.
- Build and maintain campaign logic, triggers, flows, and integrations with Salesforce.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to maximize results.
Data & Database Management
- Clean, enhance, and import lead, contact, and account lists from events and vendors.
- Clean and segment weekly target lists for our SDR team.
- Execute lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and campaign tracking frameworks.
- Maintain Salesforce, Pardot, and Braze data hygiene, deduplication, and segmentation accuracy.
- Document all marketing workflows, standard operating procedures and best practices.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards to support analysis of campaign performance and KPIs.
Systems Administration & Integrations
- Manage day-to-day administration and configuration of Pardot and Braze platforms.
- Troubleshoot automation issues, deliverability challenges, and campaign failure.
- Manage Salesforce, Pardot, and Braze integrations to other applications such as ZoomInfo, Zoom, and website forms.
- Manage profiles and permissions sets for the global marketing teams.
- Collaborate with technical Salesforce team on integrations and enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing automation, operations or a similar role.
- Experience with Salesforce and at least one automation platform (e. g., Pardot, Braze, or similar).
- Experience with Salesforce Analytics Studio, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with basic Salesforce administration.
- Deep understanding of data governance, data hygiene, and CRM best practices.
- Experience managing list imports, enrichment tools, and third-party data providers.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communicator and collaborator, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Account Engagement (Pardot) Specialist, and/or
