- Build and update pages, templates, and content modules in WordPress and related tools, applying best practices for UX, accessibility, scalability, technical SEO, and performance; troubleshoot issues and partner with developers on more complex changes.

- Lead launch readiness and execution for site updates, including QA, compliance checks, stakeholder communication, and post-launch monitoring.

- Improve web publishing workflows, documentation, and operational guardrails so teams can move faster while maintaining quality and consistency.

- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline repetitive work, accelerate QA and optimization workflows, and improve team efficiency.

- Define and implement scalable technical SEO and AEO/GEO best practices across site architecture, internal linking, metadata, structured data, XML sitemaps, redirects, canonicals, and indexation controls.

- Own test-and-learn execution across sites by developing hypotheses, running experiments, and operationalizing wins into repeatable best practices.

- Monitor site health and technical SEO performance using analytics, Search Console, and crawling tools; diagnose issues related to crawlability, rendering, indexation, page speed, broken templates, and technical errors, then prioritize remediation.

- Build reporting on key web KPIs and communicate results, recommendations, and priorities clearly to stakeholders.

- Lead and execute cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, Content Strategy, and partners to deliver initiatives from concept through launch.
