POSITION SUMMARY: - Lead integration management efforts across varying levels of complexity, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution and go-live readiness. - Facilitate cross-functional communication and issue resolution, proactively identifying risks, escalating critical issues, and driving accountability to meet integration milestones. - Develop and execute staffing and physician recruitment strategies in partnership with leadership, ensuring alignment with operational and integration needs. - Oversee practice operations strategy, including physician scheduling, staffing optimization, and demand vs. supply management to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and financial performance. - Serve as a key partner to leadership and field operations in managing complex client relationships, navigating challenges, and leading diplomatically through sensitive or high-stakes situations. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - 1โ€“3 years of project management experience, with CAPM or PMP certification preferred. - Ability to independently manage projects, demonstrating strong ownership and execution from start to finish. - Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and manage complex information. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders. - Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; healthcare industry experience is a plus. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
