What You'll Do:

- Lead strategic buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions

- Draft and negotiate definitive transaction documents

- Manage due diligence and oversee deals from signing through closing

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and opposing counsel

We're Looking For:

- 3–6 years of strategic M&A experience at a Big Law, strong midsize, or reputable boutique firm

- Ability to independently manage transactions with minimal supervision

- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills

- Active admission to a U.S. state bar
