At Home Run Marketing, we help painting and home service businesses grow through Meta ads. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, cares about results, and wants to keep getting better. The role: • Full-time remote • Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time • Starting at $1,100 USD/month • Potential to reach $2,000–$2,500 USD/month within 6–12 months based on performance • Unlimited paid time off, as long as your work is covered You’ll be a great fit if you: • Have experience running Meta ads • Know your way around Meta Ads Manager • Can confidently analyze campaigns and make decisions • Communicate well in English • Take initiative instead of waiting for instructions Experience with painting, home service, or other service-based businesses is a plus.
