Long Term Video Editor

I create content around travel, lifestyle, entrepreneurship, credit/finance, and my businesses. I need someone who understands modern social media editing and can take raw footage and turn it into content people actually want to watch. Please check my Social Media ---------- Youtube ---------- TikTok ---------- You will be editing: • YouTube videos, including vlogs, travel videos, talking-head videos, and business content • Instagram Reels • TikTok videos • YouTube Shorts • Clips taken from longer YouTube videos What I need: • Remove dead space, pauses, mistakes, and boring sections • Create strong hooks in the first few seconds • Fast-paced editing without making everything feel over-edited • Clean captions/subtitles • B-roll where appropriate • Zooms, cuts, transitions, graphics, sound effects, and music when they actually improve the video • Understand storytelling and viewer retention • Turn one long-form video into multiple short-form clips • Understand current TikTok/Reels/YouTube editing styles • Be able to follow examples of creators/videos I send you and recreate a similar editing style • Good English communication • Reliable turnaround times CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve are all fine. I care much more about the quality of your editing than which software you use. This is NOT a one-time project. I’m looking for somebody I can build with long-term and consistently send content to.
