Apply on original site โWe are a U.S. based online training company seeking a FULL-TIME Work-at-Home LONG-FORM Video Editing Specialist. We require someone with prior experience editing long-form online training course videos.
We pay $4.00 Per Hour
JOB DUTIES:
1. Review and Organize Footage: The first step is to review the existing video and understand the parts that need to be updated and determine the specific process needed for each update (i.e. image overlay, recording, voiceover, etc.).
2. Image overlay: The editor should understand the timestamp to begin the image overlay and correct timestamp that it should end, especially if there is an original transition/animation after the image.
3. Arrows and shapes overlay: The editor should be able to accurately point the arrows/shapes to the specific items needed for the handout navigation, which is based on the audio instruction. The editor should be able to adjust the movement, speed, and pauses needed to clearly navigate the new handout recording.
4. Sync Audio and Video: The editor should be able to use a voiceover app to update scripts needed in some part of the video and sync the audio with what is shown in the video.
5. Insert new video recording: The editor should be able to record new video of the new handout navigation and insert it to the main video.
6. Transitions: The editor should apply the transition in the final edit based on the transition pattern from the original video.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience using video editing software (Adobe Premier, ScreenPal, Murf Voice-Over Software, etc.)
- Must have a fast HIGH SPEED internet connection
- Must have a quiet home office to work from
WORK SCHEDULE:
- 5 Days (Saturday thru Wednesday)
- Graveyard Shift (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.)
- Four 10 minute breaks included
RESPONSIBLITIES::
- Taking our existing training courses that were created in PowerPoint and editing the course content.
- Taking the verbal course script and running it through our voice-over software, Murf, and then adding the voice to the PowerPoint presentation using ScreenPal video editing software.
- Adding any required visual effects.
