Locksmith Dispatcher – ULEADZ / Workiz CRM Experience Required

MUST HAVE previous experience working as a dispatcher for a Locksmith company. MUST HAVE experience using ULEADZ and/or Workiz CRM. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming customer calls • Schedule and dispatch locksmith jobs • Communicate with technicians throughout the day • Follow up on open and pending jobs • Update job statuses and customer information in ULEADZ / Workiz CRM • Handle customers professionally and efficiently • Make sure technicians arrive on time and jobs are properly managed Requirements: • Previous Locksmith dispatch experience is REQUIRED • ULEADZ / Workiz CRM experience is REQUIRED • Excellent spoken and written English • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Reliable computer and fast/stable internet • Must be available for long-term, full-time work • Must be comfortable working U.S. hours IMPORTANT: If you do NOT have Locksmith dispatch experience and ULEADZ / Workiz CRM experience, please DO NOT apply or message us.
