Local SEO Specialist We are looking for someone to manage our Local SEO client accounts and monthly deliverables. Must have experience in all phases of local SEO. Must speak professional English. About This Role You will be an "Account Associate" or “Account Manager” for our company with an emphasis on creating and coordinating local SEO campaigns for our service based clients. You will be responsible for technical SEO as well as strategy and planning, new content creation, and existing content optimization. About Your Daily Tasks: -Work with each assigned client account and perform onboarding or setup work. -Utilize Clickup to manage tasks and keep track of SEO campaigns for clients. -Utilize Google Drive for monthly SEO content, SOPs, and more. -Utilize tools like Claude, Chat GPT, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools, MS Clarity, and possibly more to complete SEO tasks. -Assign tasks to other tea ---------- mbers where appropriate – for content and website implementation. Your Required Skills: -Self-starter -- ready to take responsibility for the success of each project. You need to be an "A Player" who does what it takes to get the job done. -Even-tempered / no 'attitude' / willing to help beyond your job description and do whatever it takes. If there are times when you do not have enough work assigned, you find ways to help or make a positive contribution. -You like asking questions. You like working on process improvement and are not afraid to speak up to voice your opinion. -You update tasks or statuses in a timely fashion and communicate proactively. -Must be extremely organized. You will be coordinating with various people at the same time so you must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be very detail-oriented and a note-taker. -You must be able to learn new software quickly, you must be proficient and, ideally, an expert at Google Workspace and related services. -Must have experience with local SEO strategy -Must have experience in technical SEO Your Nice To Have Skills (we can train you too!) -Familiar with using Ahrefs -Familiar wit using Claude -Experience with making. website updates and edits (WordPress, Duda, Squarespace) -Experience with online project management tools (Clickup) -Technological proficiency, you like doing research, and enjoy digital marketing. -Highly organized and detail-oriented. I'm putting this again as it is so important. -Enthusiastic, reliable, and self-sufficient. You don't always wait to be told what to do. You Report To: CEO or Team Manager Your Computer: You must have your own FAST computer (PC or MAC laptop, ideally no more than two years old) and reliable high-speed Internet access. Your Commitment: This is a 35-40/hour per week full-time position. Our main business hours are Mon-Fri, 8am – 5pm ET but your hours can be flexible. We will have some mandatory meetings on occasion in the early morning hours (ET). Work location: Your home or office most of the time.
