LinkedIn Content Strategist & Ghostwriter (Experienced – 3+ Years Required) We are looking for a highly skilled LinkedIn content strategist and ghostwriter with a minimum of 3+ years of proven experience managing LinkedIn content for companies and executive profiles, ideally within the technology sector. Responsibilities 1. Company LinkedIn Page * Create and publish one post every day * Develop content around company updates, industry insights, technology, projects, partnerships and relevant news * Maintain a consistent brand voice and professional presentation * Prepare content calendars in advance * Review performance and adjust topics based on engagement insights 2. Founder Thought Leadership * Write and publish 3–5 posts per week for the founder’s personal LinkedIn profile * Transform the founder’s ideas, experiences and perspectives into authentic thought-leadership content * Cover entrepreneurship, technology, leadership, company building and industry developments * Ensure all writing reflects the founder’s natural voice and tone * Collaborate closely with the founder to gather ideas, stories and updates Expected Deliverables * 7 weekly posts for the company page * 3–5 weekly posts for the founder’s profile * Monthly content calendar * Fully written and formatted post copy, including suggestions for visuals when needed * Scheduling and publishing of approved content * Monthly performance report with insights and recommendations All content must be submitted for approval before publishing. When requested, approved posts should be provided to our team so we can publish them directly at our preferred time.
