LinkedIn Account Manager

Hey you!! I'm Avi! I run Outseen Media, a LinkedIn personal branding agency in the UK. We help finance leaders grow their influence on LinkedIn. I'm hiring a part-time LinkedIn Account Manager to run one client's account, day to day. We'll be talking every morning, so I'm after someone I get on with, not just someone who can do the work. Here's the job. Claude drafts all the comments and replies for us. But a draft is not a decision, and plenty of them are not good enough to go on a client's account. You read each one and make the call. Post it, send it back, or fix it yourself. What you'll do: - Post 30 comments a day from the client's account - Reply to every comment on their posts - Sit on the live post from 8am UK and reply as comments come in - Send connection requests against a set list of rules - Fill in a growth tracker daily - Message me when you start and when you finish What I'm looking for: - You use Claude AI daily - You follow instructions to a tee - You tell me when something goes wrong - You never contact the client, ever Hours and pay: - 12 hours a week, UK time. Monday 5-6 hours, Tuesday to Friday around 90 mins each - Weekends off - You work UK mornings, which is afternoon and early evening your time. A daytime shift, not a night one - $7 per hour - Paid monthly While you're learning the system you'll work a little more than 12 hours. That settles once you know it. I'll teach you the whole thing properly and I'm on Slack whenever you need me.
