Licensed Christian Therapist (1099 – Remote)
This is a remote position.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Christian Therapist to provide Christ-integrated counseling services to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. This role is ideal for clinicians who value clinical excellence, ethical practice, and integrating Christian faith with evidence-based therapy—without administrative burden.
Therapists manage their own schedules while the organization provides client intake, scheduling, billing, and platform support.
Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions via secure video

Integrate Christian worldview and faith-sensitive practices where clinically appropriate

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Adhere to all state licensure requirements and ethical standards

Communicate professionally with administrative staff as needed

Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Requirements
Required Qualifications

Active clinical license in good standing (one or more):
- LPC / LPCC
- LMFT
- LCSW
- Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Licensed in at least one U.S. state

Ability to practice independently under state law
- Commitment to Christian faith and values

Experience providing therapy to adults, couples, or families

Comfortable with telehealth platforms and remote work
Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating faith into therapy

Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, marriage counseling, or life transitions
- Multi state licensures
- Prior telehealth experience
