Legal Counsel

Responsibilities Manage a wide range of legal-related matters for a portfolio of companies

Provide general legal advice and support for day to day commercial operations

Review, advise and draft commercial contracts

Review banking and financing documents.

Maintain patents and trademark portfolio

Contract management and administration (ie: ensuring proper records and filing system)

Liaise with external counsels in connection with disputes and other litigation matters

Requirements

LLB

Strong commercial acumen and problem solving skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Possess excellent negotiation, communication and people management skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in company and commercial law and contract negotiations
