Position: UK-Based Legal Experts: US Finance
Type: Contract
Compensation: $130–$170/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities

- Create and review realistic legal scenarios, including private equity transactions, cross-border M&A, and leveraged buyouts.

- Simulate fund formation, regulatory filings, and deal structuring to enhance AI model training .

- Contribute to high-quality training data for frontier AI systems .

- Collaborate with Partner-led teams across PE, M&A, and debt financing workstreams.

- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance .

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Experience in roles such as Associate, Senior Associate, Counsel, or Partner.

- Strong PE or cross-border M&A experience from US firms with UK presence.

- Understanding of international finance deals and operations.

Preferred
- US bar qualification .
