We are currently seekinga knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Assistant join our growing US team.This role will focus on managing a wide range of both routine and complexpermanent and temporary residence applications.

JobType: Remote

Salary: Commensurate withexperience, generous benefits package

To qualifyfor this role, you must have the following qualifications:

- Atleast 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration, with a focus on PERM laborcertification cases.

- Provenability to manage PERM cases from start to finish, including:

- Jobpostings

- Prevailingwage determinations

- Respondingto audits

- Experienceworking directly with employers, employees, and attorneys to gather andorganize necessary documentation.

- Proficientin using case management software to maintain accurate and up-to-date files.

- Skilledat monitoring deadlines and proactively managing timelines for recruitment andfiling.

- Strongunderstanding of DOL and USCIS regulations and a commitment to compliance.

- Abilityto communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providing regularupdates and guidance throughout the PERM process.

- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
