Legal Assistant- Canadian Immigration

This is a remote position.

Mamann Sandaluk LLP is a full-service immigration law firm in downtown Toronto. We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to handle a variety of routine and complex permanent and temporary immigration applications.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Remote/Hybrid
Salary: Commensurate with experience
To qualify for this role, you must have:

- Provide support for permanent and temporary residence applications , including Spousal Sponsorship, Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), work permits, study permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA), and citizenship applications .

- Assist in gathering, reviewing, and organizing supporting documents for submission.

- Conduct basic legal research related to Canadian immigration policies and procedures.

- Maintain and update client files, case management systems, and internal databases.

- Draft and format correspondence, legal submissions, and application forms under the direction of lawyers and consultants.

- Send invoices to clients.

- Answer and delegate telephone and email inquiries in a professional manner.

- Perform other administrative and legal support duties as assigned.

- 2+ years of experience in Canadian immigration processing

- Excellent communication skills in English
