Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to oversee and manage all legal matters for our company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UK law and Pakistan law , and will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and implementing various legal documents, ensuring full compliance across departments. Key Responsibilities - Handle and resolve customer-related legal matters as per UK law. - Review, apply, and implement Employment Laws applicable in both UK and Pakistan. - Manage and advise on all legal matters concerning the company, including contracts, policies, disputes, and regulatory requirements. - Provide legal support to Customer Care and HR departments, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. - Stay updated on relevant legislation and advise management on potential risks or required policy updates. Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM). - Strong knowledge of UK law and Pakistan law (must). - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate legal advisory roles. - Experience handling employment law, contract law, and customer-related legal matters. - Excellent communication and drafting skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
