Lead Verification & Appointment Setter – U.S. Business Outreach

We are looking for a confident and professional outbound caller to work with our AI-generated, pre-qualified business leads in the United States. Our AI system already identifies businesses that may currently or soon require insurance or surety bonds. You will not be responsible for finding leads or researching prospects. Your responsibility is to call the leads provided by our system, verify whether the signal identified by our AI is accurate, determine whether the prospect is interested in speaking with our team, and schedule an appointment or transfer interested prospects. Responsibilities Call pre-qualified leads provided by our AI system Verify whether the business currently has the need identified by our system Confirm timing and interest Handle basic objections professionally Schedule appointments for interested prospects Warm-transfer interested prospects when appropriate Record accurate call results in our internal portal/CRM Add notes, callback dates, appointment information, and call dispositions Follow provided calling scripts and processes What You Will NOT Need to Do Find or generate leads Research companies Collect information that is already available in our system Give insurance advice Explain insurance coverage in detail Quote insurance prices Sell or bind insurance policies Interested prospects will be transferred or scheduled with the appropriate U.S. team member. Requirements Excellent spoken English Clear and easy-to-understand communication Comfortable making outbound calls to U.S. businesses Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers Good listening skills Comfortable handling objections Reliable high-speed internet connection Reliable computer and headset Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours Comfortable using web-based CRM/portal software Preferred Experience Preference will be given to candidates with experience in: U.S. outbound calling Appointment setting B2B cold calling Insurance Mortgage Construction Real estate Solar SaaS or other U.S. business sales Insurance experience is helpful but not required.
