Lead Specialist

I run a business that partners with content creators and educators to launch and monetize coaching programs and courses. I need someone to own the front end of that process: finding the right partners for us to reach out to. Your job is to manually research and build me a clean, qualified list of creators/educators who fit our criteria, so my team can focus on outreach and closing. What you'd be doing: Manually searching Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook , and other platforms to find creators/educators in specific niches I'll give you Qualifying them against clear criteria (follower count, engagement, whether they already sell a course/coaching, whether they have a high-ticket offer, etc.) Pulling their contact info (email , DM handle, whatever's available) Organizing everything into a clean spreadsheet, name, platform, follower count, niche, contact info, and any notes Owning this process start to finish, I want to hand you the criteria and trust that a steady flow of qualified leads comes back, without me having to micromanage NOTE: This cannot be automated. Who I'm looking for: You're genuinely good at digging, you can find people and info that aren't handed to you You have sharp judgment on what makes a good lead vs. a waste of time (I'll train you on our criteria, but you need to be able to apply it without hand-holding) You're organized and detail-oriented, clean spreadsheets, accurate info, no duplicates or dead links You can work independently and consistently, this is an ongoing role, not a one-off You're familiar with social platforms and how to evaluate an audience (real engagement vs. inflated follower counts) Bonus: experience with lead research, VA work, or any kind of prospecting/list-building What success looks like: I give you a niche and criteria, and a steady stream of qualified, well-organized leads comes back without me chasing you for it. The better your judgment and the cleaner your lists, the more I hand you and the more valuable you are to me.
