Lead - SLED Location: India (Remote) Job Type: Full time Working Hours: 8 am- 5 pm EST Working Days: Monday - Friday KAPITAL (Kapital Data Corp) is an award-winning Search & Staffing business specializing in IT & ERP talent for clients within Education, Government and other sectors. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Leader to grow our SLED (State, Local Government & Education) Business Unit.. Responsibilities: - Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruit, onboard, mentor, and train SLED  team members. - Performance Assessments: Conduct regular performance assessments to optimize team efficiency. - Guidelines and Directions: Establish guidelines and provide clear directions for the Pre and Post Sales  team. - Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team to align with company objectives. - Sales Processes: Develop, implement, and oversee efficient sales processes. - Sales Revenue Goals: Achieve the Business Unit’s revenue goals. - Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Leadership Team to contribute strategically. Requirements: - 4+ years of US SLED Managerial and/or Leadership experience for an IT/ERP Talent Search and Staff Augmentation firm - Proven ability to manage a Pre & Post Sales SLED  team - Proven management of sales and proposal writers - Previous experience in setting up and managing sales processes. - Strong cultural fit with the company and ability to hire accordingly. Focus Industries: (US & Canada) - ERP Staffing (Desired) - IT Staffing (REQUIRED) - SLED (REQUIRED) Key Result Areas (KRAs): - Team Building: Hire 3 Experienced Sales Executives per quarter. - Build a team of 5-10 SLED Team members  by the end of the first year. - Achieve 50%+ Year over Year  annual sales revenue and profit growth - considering this is a new business unit. - Hold the Sales Team Accountable for accomplishing revenue, profit and customer satisfaction  goals and objectives.
