The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:
Plays a key role in ensuring that projects and initiatives reach their full potential by ensuring all impacted business, financial, operational and other stakeholders are prepared for and embrace change. Focuses on the people side of change, including not only the change initiative itself, but also changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Designs, develops and executes change management strategies and plans that minimize resistance and maximize engagement to ensure that users are engaged, prepared to transition to the initiative and reinforce sustainable change. Works with and coaches project stakeholders, leaders and teams to develop strategies to maximize buy-in and minimize resistance and are able to leverage the change management framework and standards. Ensures that all documentation coming out of the program is in line with the ultimate change management strategy and plan. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Plays a key role in business process workshops to understand the current and future state business processes. Assesses the change impacts on the organization and roles and leads or partners with a Communications lead to ensure targeted messaging accurately describes the change to appropriate audiences. Partners with training experts to develop a training program that ensures end users are engaged, knowledgeable, and able to adopt change during the implementation phase. Leads the effort to identify measurement methodologies to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes, and adjusts change management strategies and tactics as necessary. Issues regular reports to project leadership, escalating risks that may lead to an unsuccessful launch of projects and puts forward a plan to mitigate.

- Develops and executes against a comprehensive, actionable, and targeted change management plan surrounding change to people, processes, workflows, and systems. Applies a structured approach and methodology for the five change management domains related to the people-side of change, including stakeholder analysis, coaching plans, communications, training, and resistance management plans. Develops and conducts readiness assessments, analyzes results, and presents findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner to sponsors and stakeholders.

- Collaborates with Project Manager to integrate change management plans/activities into overall project plan. Works as a member of project leadership team, ensuring change management strategy is at the forefront of project activities and impact to the stakeholders is continually evaluated and acted upon to minimize stakeholder resistance. Ensures assigned projects meets business, schedule, and budget objectives for change management activities.
