About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation / Business Development Sales Representative to help generate new business opportunities

You will be responsible for engaging with prospects, building relationships, and closing sales (B2B)
Key Responsibilities

- Contac leads via phone, email, and other outreach methods

- Introduce the client's services and identify potential opportunities

- Build relationships with decision-makers at nursing homes, hotels, and real estate properties

- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the client

- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and outcomes

- Provide regular updates and communicate with the client multiple times throughout the day

- Meet daily and weekly activity targets

- Collaborate with management and maintain progress tracking sheets

Requirements

- Minimum 2 + years' experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Business Development, or Outbound Sales

- Minimum 2 + years' B2B Sales

- Strong telephone communication and relationship-building skills

- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

- Highly organized and responsive with excellent follow-up skills

- Ability to work independently while remaining accountable and communicative

- Reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection

- Available to work 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM SA Time

- Available for an immediate start
