As a Lead Deployment Engineer at Array, you will lead complex, enterprise-scale SaaS implementations in a post-sales capacity, ensuring that strategic, technical, and commercial objectives are fully realized in client delivery. You will operate as a senior individual contributor, partnering cross-functionally to influence deployment strategy, drive execution excellence, and scale delivery capabilities. This role reports to the Deployment Engineering Manager.
You Will:
- Lead 5-10 enterprise deployments quarterly, driving $10M+ in eARR with ownership of quality, timelines, and outcomes.
- Define end-to-end implementation strategy, managing complex integrations, stakeholder alignment, and risk.
- Optimize deployment frameworks by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, automated solutions and tooling.
- Strategically partner with Engineering and Product, influencing the roadmap with client insights and technical feedback.
- Lead cross-functional execution across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering for seamless customer lifecycle delivery.
- Institutionalize best practices via scalable documentation, playbooks, and knowledge systems to elevate team consistency.
- Support organizational scalability by forecasting capacity, mitigating pipeline constraints, and reducing future eARR risk.
- Leverage AI as a core layer for accelerating solution design, implementation, and continuous deployment improvement.
You Have:
- 7–10+ years in deployment, implementation, solutions engineering, or systems architecture (SaaS/enterprise software).
- Led complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations, including API, SDK, and cloud integrations.
- Deep technical skills; credibly engages engineering while translating business needs into scalable solutions.
- Drove operational excellence via process, automation, and tooling, measurably improving deployment velocity and quality.
- Influenced senior cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering) to shape decisions and align efforts.
- Ability to independently scope, prioritize, and execute in ambiguous, high-growth environments; expected rapid ownership and impact within 60 days.
- Clear understanding of deployment's commercial impact on revenue and retention.
- Strong viewpoint on AI as a fundamental shift, habitually integrating it into workflows for leverage and output.
Pay transparency: $150,000+ for base salary, depending on experience.
