Lead Android Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Android Developer to join our team on a contract basis. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all stages of the Android application development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment. This role involves strategic decision-making, team leadership, and hands-on development. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the design, architecture, and development of Android applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align development with business goals. - Mentor and lead a team of Android developers, providing technical guidance and support. - Optimize application performance and ensure a high standard of code quality. - Participate in client discussions and provide technical expertise to aid in decision-making. - possibility of working from 15:00 to 19:00 - excellent communication skills - work for foreign clients in English Requirements - 8+ years of experience in Android development, with proven leadership experience. - Expert proficiency in Kotlin, Java, and Android SDK. - Strong background in architectural patterns, dependency injection, and unit testing. - Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks. - Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
