We are looking for a KPI Specialist to design, monitor and improve the company's performance measurement system by defining KPIs, maintaining dashboards, analyzing trends, identifying root causes, enforcing threshold logic, and providing actionable insights that help every department operate efficiently and support a governance-first business. Primary Responsibilities 1. KPI Design 2. Dashboard Management 3. Threshold Monitoring 4. Trend Analysis 5. Root Cause Analysis 6. Forecasting 7. Governance Reporting 8. Automation Knowledge We are looking for a Monday - Friday position. From 9AM - 5PM PST USA timezone.
