About the job: We are hiring a versatile Organic Search & AI Optimization Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of our digital visibility. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who thrives wearing multiple hats managing research, technical planning, content creation, multi-platform distribution, and tracking 100% organically, without paid ads. You will bridge traditional technical SEO with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and LLM Optimization (LLMO). You must be comfortable working independently, running multi-channel workflows, and delivering results within committed timelines. Key Responsibilities 1. Modern Search & Generative AI Optimization Optimize brand presence across search engines (Google) and AI discovery engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, SearchGPT). Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to capture featured snippets, zero-click answers, and conversational search queries. Manage site architecture, structured data (Schema/JSON-LD), canonicalization, and technical health to maintain optimal crawlability. Build authority signals: set up and manage Google Business Profiles, build Google Knowledge Panels, and execute do-follow backlink strategies. 2. Multi-Platform Content Creation & Distribution Conduct deep search intent research to draft platform-native content across: Publishing/Forums: Reddit, Quora, Medium. Social Media: LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube. Messaging Channels: Telegram (channels/groups) and WhatsApp (broadcasts/communities). Create light visual assets and short-form videos independently using tools like Canva and CapCut. 3. Organic Community Management & Off-Page Growth Drive organic forum engagement (Reddit/Medium) following community guidelines to build authority without spamming. Manage direct communication channels (Telegram/WhatsApp) to nurture and retain audiences organically. Conduct outreach for contextual backlink acquisition and digital syndication. 4. Tracking, Analytics & Full Ownership Monitor organic KPIs using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and AI citation trackers. Take full lifecycle ownership: Research $\rightarrow$ Strategy $\rightarrow$ Execution $\rightarrow$ Monitoring $\rightarrow$ Optimization. Qualifications & Requirements Proven Track Record: Experience in SEO, content marketing, and organic growth, with direct understanding of GEO/AEO/LLMO frameworks. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with schema markup, site taxonomy, Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs/SEMrush. Multi-Platform Writing & Design: Excellent written English across formats (LinkedIn long-form to Reddit community style). Basic design/editing skills in Canva and CapCut. Pure Organic Focus: Demonstrated ability to build traction without relying on paid performance marketing (Google/Meta Ads). Autonomy & Rigor: Self-directed worker who manages timelines, multi-tasks effectively, and delivers results independently.
