What You’ll Do

- Run product experiments to optimize user experience and drive product growth.

- Dive into user behavior data to uncover insights and help find ways to improve key metrics.

- Support the product team in prioritizing, brainstorming, and testing growth ideas.

- Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to bring ideas to life.

- Learn how data-driven product decisions are made and gradually take ownership of your own product areas.

What You Need to Join Us

- Experience: 1+ years of commercial experience in marketing, product analytics, or project management.

- Analytical Mindset: A basic understanding of product/marketing analytics and comfort working with numbers.

- Mindset: High curiosity, a strong proactive drive, and a readiness to experiment and learn from mistakes (we value data over assumptions!).

- Soft Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within a team.
