This role is the central hub for our newsletter services, focusing on execution, coordination, and list management. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our email marketing programs, working with our internal teams and clients to manage content distribution, ensure list hygiene, and coordinate all the moving parts that result in a high-quality newsletter. ##### What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities): - Coordinate with clients and internal teams (writers, designers) to gather content, manage feedback, and ensure all deadlines are met. - Manage and maintain client email distribution lists, ensuring data hygiene, proper segmentation, and list health. - Build, test, and schedule newsletter campaigns in various email service platforms (ESPs). - Assist in setting up and monitoring automated email sequences (e.g., welcome or nurture campaigns). - Support performance tracking by pulling key metrics (open rates, click-throughs, etc.) for client reports. - Assist in crafting and distributing internal and external corporate communications. ##### Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate): You are a confident, intelligent, and self-motivated individual who possesses a deep curiosity to learn.
