Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Lawyer with a strong interest and some experience in Intellectual Property (IP) law. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to support international trademark and IP processes. Experience with systems like Patricia and exposure to IP practice management tasks will be advantageous. This role is perfect for a junior legal professional looking to gain deeper exposure to IP matters in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor email inboxes for incoming client and law firm correspondence.

Update the practice management system (Patricia) with important dates and deadlines.

Process correspondence from international IP law firms.

Handle incoming notifications from various IP offices.

Input costs and liaise with attorneys for matter updates and client billing.

Prepare and maintain client schedules:

-
Generate trademark schedules across multiple jurisdictions.

Format schedules and data pulled from the Patricia system.

Perform general legal administrative tasks:

Format legal correspondence and letters for clients.

- Prepare client costing breakdowns.

Assist with various administrative and support duties as neede

Requirements

-
Law degree from an accredited institution; current or recent admission to practice is a plus.

1โ€“3 years of legal experience, preferably within an IP or trademark-focused environment.

Familiarity with IP practice systems (Patricia or similar) is highly desirable.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written communication and document formatting skills.

Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.

Able to work independently in a fully remote setup while collaborating effectively with teams.
