We work together through our Personal, Business, and Employment Tactical Teams to help our clients turn good advice into action. ======================================== ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a highly organized and technically curious IT Systems & Applications Analyst to support the internal systems our team relies on every day. Your job is simple: keep our systems running smoothly, our data clean and organized, and help us automate the repetitive work so our team can focus on serving clients. You will work primarily in Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, WorkDrive) — cleaning and organizing client data, building automations, resolving internal support tickets, and contributing to internal web application projects. This role requires someone who can dig into unfamiliar systems, ask good questions when requirements are unclear, and document what they build so the rest of the team can use it. ======================================== WHAT YOU'LL DO -> Maintain and clean up client records in Zoho Projects and Zoho CRM. -> Build and maintain automations in Zoho Flow and Microsoft Power Automate. -> Set up and manage recurring tasks and workflow templates across client projects. -> Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics. -> Resolve internal support tickets and troubleshoot system issues. -> Manage Microsoft 365 administration — distribution lists, security groups, and WorkDrive/SharePoint folders. -> Contribute to internal web application projects, from wireframes to front-end development. -> Document processes and write tutorials so others on the team can use what you build. -> Communicate with team members across our Strategic, Tactical, and Concierge Teams. -> Help identify and fix breakdowns in our systems and processes before they affect clients. ======================================== WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You'll be a great fit if you: -> Are extremely detail-oriented and organized. -> Enjoy figuring out how systems work, even ones you've never used before. -> Can turn a repetitive manual process into an automated one. -> Communicate clearly and professionally in English. -> Are comfortable asking questions when requirements aren't clear. -> Can manage several projects and priorities at the same time. -> Enjoy solving problems and troubleshooting issues. -> Take ownership of your work. -> Enjoy documenting and teaching others what you've learned. -> Are comfortable handling sensitive client and financial data with a high degree of care. ======================================== EXPERIENCE Previous experience with ZOHO (Projects, CRM, Analytics, Flow, or Creator), Microsoft 365 administration, or workflow automation tools like Power Automate is preferred. Basic web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable learning new tools and frameworks.
