IT System Admin

An excellent opportunity for IT system admin came up with our client, a hospitality company based in Dubai:
What will you do?

- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware

- Handle business-critical IT tasks and procedures that provide a commercial advantage in a global marketplace

- Enable faster and more innovative business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights

- Monitor system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely

- Basic website design and development (Squarespace & Shopify)

- Support different departments with basic graphic design work, printing material, etc.

- Replace and upgrade defective or outdated components when necessary

- Document any processes that employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system

- Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups

What are we looking for?

- Min 2 yrs experience as an IT system admin in hospitality sector.

- Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

- Experience in managing and supporting servers, backup, and storage hardware

- Knowledge in maintaining websites and SEO

- Experience in systems monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

- Strong command of MS Office & Google Workspace tools

- Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines

- Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly

- Experience with both iOS and Apple products are MUST
