- As our IT Operations Specialist , you'll be at the center of a modern, cloud-first IT environment, helping users stay connected, secure, and productive every day. From Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management to supporting business-critical applications and driving process improvements, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless technology experience while expanding your expertise across a broad range of enterprise technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal users.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
- Support and troubleshoot Windows 11 devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Microsoft 365 licenses.
- Administer Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Support business applications, including Zoom, Bill.com, Keeper, Teamwork, BambooHR, and other enterprise platforms.
- Maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with technology deployments, system migrations, and IT improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support secure user onboarding and offboarding.
- Contribute to the reliability, security, and performance of the IT environment.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Systems Administration.
- Strong experience administering Microsoft 365.
- Experience supporting Windows 11 environments.
- Experience with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Exchange Online.
- Experience with SharePoint Online.
- Experience using PowerShell.
- Experience with automation tools.
- Experience maintaining IT documentation platforms.
- Experience supporting professional services or accounting environments.
