121 Group is an international events business that enables investors to connect with credible growth stage natural resource projects for capital raising meetings. The event model connects buyside and sell side through pre-screened investment meetings supported by industry rich conference content and a weekly industry news platform The Assay that covers trends in metals and mining investment. 121 sits within the Energy Transition division of Hyve’s alongside sister brand Mining Indaba that is the largest industry conference and exhibition held annually on the African continent. Together the 121 and MI brands solidify Hyve’s industry leading position supporting stakeholders across the metals and mining sector.

A bit about the role

The Investor Strategy Manager leads the delivery of investor acquisition and engagement strategies across 121's North American events portfolio, while also supporting the delivery and growth of the Investor Engagement business. Reporting to the Head of Investor Strategy, this role is responsible for identifying and developing new investor relationships, growing participation across our events, and maintaining a highly engaged investor network throughout the year.

Alongside conference delivery, this role will work closely with Investor Engagement clients to support roadshows, investor targeting, meeting coordination and client retention. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring both business lines work together to strengthen investor relationships and deliver outstanding client outcomes.

This individual will work closely with the wider Investor Strategy team, senior leadership, marketing, sales, content, product and operations teams to support the continued growth of the North American portfolio.
