About Your Company

Our partner a globally renowned alternative investor that deploys actively in Pan Asia, US and UK. We are looking for a private equity investment associate to join a team of alternative investment professionals to cover both fund allocation and direct investment on a global mandate.
About your role

- Support the analysis, structuring, and execution of investment pipeline

- Assist with detailed buy-side financial analysis including company/asset analysis, industry analysis, commercial analysis, and financial modelling

- Preparation of investment memos for presentation to business head and the investment committee

- Presentation of investment opportunities to the team and business head

What you will need to succeed

- Highly analytical and critical mindset

- Strong financial modelling experience

- Experience in analysing financial statements and conducting detailed, bottom-up due diligence

- Dynamic and open-minded, ability to quantify and price risk holistically across broad asset classes, sectors and capital structure

- Sound intuition and business judgement, and strong communication skills (ability to present ideas clearly and succinctly)

- A strong work ethic and a self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
