Job Description • Develop and manage customer relationships through proactive sales activities (inbound and outbound) • Process orders and coordinate the full sales cycle • Monitor and manage customer payments • Deliver high-quality after-sales service and support • Handle additional tasks related to international sales operations Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment • Excellent organizational, time management, and self-management abilities • Minimum of 1 year of experience in car sales or a related field Salary & Employment Conditions • Salary: ¥500,000 – ¥1,050,000 per month (performance-based) • Social Security: Full coverage, including health insurance and pension • Transportation Allowance: Up to ¥30,000 per month • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 or 8:00–17:00 • Probation Period: 3 months • Holidays: As per the Japanese national holiday calendar
