Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide advice on coverage options, and tailor insurance policies to meet their specific requirements.

Policy Processing: Handle the end-to-end processing of general insurance policies, including quoting, underwriting submissions, binding, endorsements, and renewals.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and product offerings, and negotiate with insurers to obtain the best terms and coverage for clients.

Claims Assistance: Assist clients with filing claims, provide guidance on the claims process, and liaise with insurance companies to ensure prompt resolution.

Risk Assessment: Evaluate client risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance solutions to mitigate potential losses.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and communications.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional service and support.

Renewal Management: Monitor and manage policy renewals, proactively contacting clients to review their coverage and make necessary adjustments.

Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients.

Extensive Experience in Insurance: Must have at least 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a primary focus on processing policies for general insurance.

Expert Knowledge of Insurance: Strong understanding of all aspects of insurance, including products, coverage options, policy terms, and industry regulations.

Proven Track Record in Policy Processing: Demonstrated experience in managing the complete lifecycle of general insurance policies, from quoting and underwriting to endorsements, renewals, and claims processing.

Client Advisory Skills: Ability to provide expert advice and tailor insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.

Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the insurance sector.

Strong Negotiation Skills: Capable of negotiating with insurers to obtain the best terms, conditions, and coverage for clients.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
