Instructional Designer - Learning & Development

We are looking for a **part-time Instructional Designer** to support the development of corporate soft skills training programmes. The role will primarily focus on **curriculum development and creating slide content** for professional training programmes covering topics such as leadership, communication, customer service, sales, management and other workplace skills. Key responsibilities include: * Developing and customising training rundowns and programme structures * Creating detailed slide content for trainers to use in workshops and seminars * Developing and updating soft skills training curricula * Creating and adapting participant handouts, workbooks and learning materials * Researching relevant concepts, models, examples, case studies and activities * Customising existing training content based on client requirements * Structuring content so that programmes are practical, engaging and suitable for adult professional learners * Ensuring consistency between programme rundowns, slides, handouts and learning objectives We are looking for someone with experience in **instructional design, curriculum development, learning and development, corporate training or training content development**. Strong written English, research skills and the ability to turn information into clear, well-structured training content are important. Experience developing **corporate soft skills training materials** would be a strong advantage. This is an ongoing **part-time remote role requiring approximately 10–15 hours per week**.
