Role Overview: We need a dynamic Instagram Reels Editor who understands the engaging, story-driven styles of creators like Ali Abdaal, Huston Kold, and high-converting ad formats. Your job: turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, high-retention short-form videos that drive action and brand authority. Responsibilities: Edit 5–10 high-quality Reels per week Follow proven hook-story-offer structures that work for social ads Incorporate captions, motion graphics, kinetic text, and sound design Deliver videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook , and TikTok Work closely with the content strategist to match video objectives Stay updated with social media trends and apply them creatively Requirements: Proven experience editing content in styles similar to Ali Abdaal and Huston Kold Strong portfolio of short-form content (submit links to videos you’ve edited) Proficiency with tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention strategies Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality Please submit: Links to at least 3 videos you've personally edited (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
